GOD'S MONEY FOR GOD’S WORK

AMERICAN MISSIONARIES ARE AMAZING. AMERICAN MISSIONARIES ARE EXPENSIVE. IT IS IN THE BALANCE OF THESE TWO STATEMENTS THAT GBCP EXISTS.

WHAT IF WE COULD START A CHURCH FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST?

National pastors require far less financial support to start a church, sometimes as low as 1/50th of the cost of an American missionary.

One man is reading from a paper, while the other is holding a microphone and looking at his phone. There are two seated men facing the speakers. A keyboard is on a stand and a flower arrangement is visible on the right side.

WHAT IF WE COULD ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR YEARS OF LANGUAGE SCHOOL?

National pastors already know the language, customs, and culture of their country. They are quite literally “at home.” National pastors will not experience culture shock or homesickness.

WHAT IF WE COULD ENSURE THE PASTOR DOES NOT HAVE TO LEAVE THE FIELD?

American missionaries leave the field all of the time for reasons ranging from health problems to visa issues to ministry changes. National pastors will not be forced to leave their home country.

WHAT IF THERE WAS SOMEONE TO MAINTAIN ACCOUNTABILITY FOR GOD’S MONEY?

GBCP provides an avenue for American churches and individuals to experience the amazing benefits of funding national church plants, while ensuring the money you send to a place you might never see is being used in God’s work.
